Drain Cleaning

Hydro Jetting, high pressure cleaning or water blasting is the use of water propelled at high speeds to remove build up and debris in tanks and lines. By focusing and pressurizing the water stream, the force generated can clean even the most severe of blockages. Take caution in having a hydro jetter run through your old drain line, sometimes hydro jetting can blow out a hole in an old line.
Another type of drain cleaning more commonly used is what most people would call "Snaking or Roto Rootering" their drain line. This is done with a machine of a few different sizes depending on drain size, that has a steel cable with a cutter or jagged edge head on the end that can snag and rip roots or retrieve debris that get lodged in the line. Though if the line has an offset or root intrusion or collapsed line or back fall{water draining wrong direction} in line, than  running a snake/cable would only be a temporary solution. To properly fix this issue, a replacement of  a section or whole
line may be needed in order to prevent the problem from re-occurring and will be a more cost efficient approach in the long run. However when a line first backs up it is usually best to start with running a cable to see what comes back or doesn't, then perform a camera inspection to formulate a game plan.
